The challenge
A buyer in a Cannes hallway with 60 seconds on their phone before the next meeting. The site had to load instantly, make the film unmistakably clear, and let them request a screener with zero friction.
The solution
Bilingual editorial site (English + Norwegian) with a festival landing accessible via per-person QR codes. Sub-1.5s LCP on 4G, screener form with automated mail, no CMS or DB. The /cannes page converted from day one.
